About This Project
A Unique Cross-Promotion with the 2020 Film Doolittle
Frontier Airlines partnered with Universal Studios to release a special set of trading cards featuring Robert Downey Jr. and his animal co-stars from the 2020 film Doolittle. This limited-edition series blends Frontier’s iconic wildlife branding with the beloved characters from the film, creating a unique collectible set.
Art in Motion: The Doolittle Card Series
The set contains five cards, each bordered in Frontier’s signature green and showcasing a memorable scene from Doolittle. Each card pairs Robert Downey Jr. with one of the film’s iconic animals, alongside a Frontier Airlines Boeing 737 with the featured animal on its tail.
The back of each card has a blue-to-green gradient with a bold Frontier Airlines logo, maintaining the consistency seen across their card collections. A 2019 copyright mark from Universal Studios completes the design, making it a crossover hit for both movie fans and aviation enthusiasts.
